Pick Your Battles – Or I’ll Pick Them for You

I think I’ve mentioned before a guy years ago that was a total micro-manager.

Every little thing had to be done just like he would do it. He’d worry and stick his nose in and offer suggestions – until he’d get so frustrated that he’d take the work, do it himself, and then complain about how much work he had.

He was miserable, I was miserable, and it usually made no difference in the outcome whatsoever.

So one day I ran across the phrase ‘pick you battles’ and it reminded me of this poor guy, and this cartoon came out the other side.
